A decade-plus of front and backend R&D means the heavy lifting was done a long time ago. The component library, the deployment infrastructure, the design patterns: all of it compounds over time. Landing pages are typically ready within 1-3 business days. Multi-page sites take roughly a week depending on scope. Hosted applications vary based on complexity. We'll give you a clearer estimate after we receive your order.

Landing pages and multi-page sites require full payment upfront. Work begins as soon as payment is confirmed. For hosted sites and custom applications, payment terms are worked out during our initial conversation.

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Some third-party services have their own fees or bandwidth limits, but most static and multi-page sites won't require any integrations. If they do, we'll discuss those costs before they arise.

We don't sell domain names, but here are two registrars we're comfortable with:

• Namecheap — straightforward pricing, free WHOIS privacy, easy DNS management
• Cloudflare Registrar — sells at cost with no markup, solid choice if you're already using Cloudflare

Static landing pages and multi-page sites are paid in full before work begins. For hosted websites and custom applications, we're flexible and can discuss milestone-based payments on a case-by-case basis.

Every project includes one round of revisions. For larger scopes we're flexible about adding more rounds as needed. We work closely with you throughout the process to make sure the final product is in the ballpark of what you had in mind.

No. Every site is delivered as a production-ready HTML package, a ZIP of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript you can host anywhere. Netlify, GitHub Pages, your own server: it works on all of them.

A care plan is for clients who'd rather not think about it. We keep the site live, handle DNS, and take care of small updates as they come up.

A minor change is anything completable in under 30 minutes: copy edits, image swaps, updated hours, new contact info. A medium change is something more structural: a new section or a layout adjustment. A new page is its own category and counts as 2 medium changes on the Premium plan. Anything beyond that gets quoted separately before work starts.

Core is $5/month: hosting only, no updates. Select is $20/month ($180/year) and includes hosting, 2 minor changes per month, or 1 medium change. Minor means copy, images, hours, or contact info. Medium means a layout tweak or a new section.

Premium is $35/month or $300/year and includes hosting, 5 minor changes, and 2 medium changes per month, or swap both mediums for 1 new page. Priority turnaround included.

Both plans use a bhamdiy.com subdomain by default. A custom domain adds a one-time $50 setup fee. Dynamic sites and custom applications are priced after scoping.

We're working on a proper client portal for submitting and tracking requests, which we expect to launch later this year.

Absolutely. Static sites are just files and you can take them to any external hosting provider you like. Keep in mind that some functionality depends on our infrastructure: contact forms and email capture won't work out of the box on a generic host without a backend to handle submissions. The visual site moves fine; those dynamic pieces would need to be rewired. Hosted applications can be migrated with reasonable notice. No lock-in contracts either way.

Only if the purchase was made within the last 30 days. After that, annual care plan fees are non-refundable. If you're on the fence about committing to a year, reach out and we can discuss month-to-month options.

Once a project has been paid in full, you do. We don't retain any ownership or licensing rights. We may ask if we can include your project in our portfolio.

If you want your site at yourbusiness.com rather than a bhamdiy.com subdomain, we handle the DNS configuration to point your domain at your site. We recommend registering the domain yourself so you own it outright and can take it anywhere. To hook things up, we'll likely need temporary access to your registrar account to update the DNS records. We'll walk you through granting that access, do what needs doing, and you can revoke it once we're done.

Static sites are exported as compressed, minified HTML. A developer can edit them, but the code won't be human-readable. If you need the original unminified source files, we can provide them for an additional fee.

Custom applications are developed in their own Git repositories, so the source code is available at no additional cost.
