Privacy Policy

Last updated July 1, 2026.

This policy explains how BhamDIY, LLC ("BhamDIY," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bham.diy, work with us on a website, audio, email marketing, or social marketing engagement, or interact with the sites and campaigns we build and manage on your behalf.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content.
  • Checkout and order details: name, email, business information, and the pages or features you select for your project.
  • Mailing list signups: name and email address.
  • Client account access: any credentials, brand assets, copy, or media you provide us to build or manage your site, email campaigns, or social accounts.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit bham.diy or a site we host, our servers and analytics tools automatically log IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. Key gated pages record this same information against the specific tracking key used to reach the page, so we can measure campaign performance.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.

How We Use Information

  • To deliver, host, and support the websites, audio production, email campaigns, and social marketing services you've purchased.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional messages, such as order confirmations and service updates.
  • To send marketing emails, only to people who opted in, and always with an unsubscribe option in every message.
  • To measure and improve the performance of our own site and the campaigns we run for clients, including ad targeting and conversion tracking.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, including through reCAPTCHA.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta's advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. These tools help us and our clients understand site traffic and measure how well an ad or campaign is performing.

If you arrive at a page through a link containing a tracking key (URLs with a "bhd-" segment), that visit is logged against the key so we can report campaign results back to the relevant client. Most tracking keys are private and excluded from search indexing; a page's public key, where one exists, may appear in our sitemap.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some site functionality, such as remembering form entries.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate: Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email delivery, NocoDB for internal data storage, and Fly.io and GitLab for hosting.
  • With advertising and analytics platforms, including Google and Meta, when you interact with a tracked ad or campaign, subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
  • With the client who commissioned a site or campaign, limited to the data collected through that specific site's forms and tracking links.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BhamDIY, our clients, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'll notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Facebook and Meta Platforms

As part of our social marketing services, we may connect client websites and ad accounts to Meta's advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure ad performance and build custom audiences. Any data shared with Meta through these tools is handled according to Meta's Data Processing Terms and Meta's own privacy policy.

Meta users can review and control the data Meta holds about them, and manage ad preferences, directly through their Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of information we hold about you, including data collected through a Facebook or Instagram integrated campaign, email Email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We'll confirm your identity, remove the requested information from our systems, and notify you once it's complete, typically within 30 days.

Email Marketing

Marketing emails only go to people who have opted in through a signup form or given us explicit permission to add them to a list on their behalf. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and, for lists sent to multiple recipients, a List-Unsubscribe header. Transactional emails, such as order receipts, are not subject to unsubscribe since they relate directly to a purchase you made.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions, order records, and tracking logs for as long as needed to support your account, meet legal and tax obligations, and measure long-term campaign performance. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing emails, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
